2. Payment Terms
• A 50% advance payment is required before starting any project.
• The remaining 50% must be paid upon project delivery.
• Work will not be fully delivered until full payment is completed.
3. Project Delivery Timeline
• Standard delivery time is 2–3 weeks depending on project size and requirements.
• Delays caused by client-side communication or content submission are not included in the timeline.
4. Revisions
• We provide reasonable revisions based on the project scope.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content such as:
• Text
• Images
• Branding materials
Delays in providing materials may affect project delivery time.
6. No Guarantee of Business Results
Glowebcraft is not responsible for business outcomes such as:
• Sales
• Traffic
• Conversions
• Revenue growth
However, we may provide guidance and suggestions as part of our support, but final business decisions remain the client’s responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
Glowebcraft will not be held responsible for any indirect damages, losses, or business performance outcomes resulting from the use of the website or services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a project in case of:
• Misuse of services
• Non-payment
• Unprofessional behavior
